Privacy

Your professional record belongs to you.

This prototype notice describes the intended handling of member data. A full legal notice will be published before general availability.

What we hold

  • Professional identity: name, role, country, institution, training level
  • Verification submissions and their outcome
  • Learning activity, module progress and CPD records
  • Portfolio entries, reflections and supervisor feedback
  • Case discussions and replies you publish
  • Notification and visibility preferences

Visibility you control

Every portfolio entry carries a visibility level: private, supervisor only, institution, country community, verified members, or public. Reflections default to private. You choose whether you appear in the professional directory and whether you take part in public rankings.

Who can see what

Supervisors may access assessments and portfolio evidence only for clinicians with an authorised supervisory relationship. Institutional administrators manage only their own institution. Society administrators manage only their own society. Moderators have limited, logged permissions.

Patient data

Primary54 is not a clinical record system. Patient-identifying information must never be entered anywhere on the platform.

Audit

Verification decisions, assessment completion, portfolio verification, moderation actions, institutional role changes and CPD certificate issuance are recorded in audit logs.
